Purpose Statement I was born to live a purposeful life, a life that is lived praising God, living life to the fullest, and always having a smile on my face.
Vision for the future: I will become a successful life professional. I want to have 4 eggs in 3 different sections, the basket will represent my faith, if one part of my life gets more weight-my basket will flip over. I will live a balanced life.
Family Goals:
Meet the love of my life
Introduce her to my parents & Valdese
Meet her parents
Buy a ring, when you’re ready
Write your own vows
Marry her wherever she wants to marry you
Wear a flashy tux
Have an awesome wedding night
Reread your journal
Move into our first place
Go shopping for the little things
Make a date jar
Surprise her once a month
Find out she’s pregnant, get hype
Find out what you’re having (boy/girl)
Attend at least one of the baby showers (if allowed)
Drive really fast to the hospital, just because
Be there when the little squirt comes into this life
Rock him/her to sleep
Video every little thing
Watch the first steps
Enjoy the Santa/Easter Bunny/Tooth fairy days
Be there for the first day of school
Hear your child(ren) say I love you for the first time
Have more than one kid (maybe)
Teach them basketball & tennis
Coach your child(ren)
Teach your child(ren) how to drive
Give them the talk before the first date
Go on family road trips
Go to Valdese, show them your old stomping grounds
Drive across country with your family
Never lose sight of where you came from
Call mom & dad at least once a week
Never let alcohol become a staple in the fridge
Go to your child(ren)’s plays/ school events
Help them apply for college
Give them a tour of UNC
Let them read your college book
Watch them graduate
Encourage, encourage, encourage them
Never give up on your child(ren)
Take your wife on date nights even when things get tough
Encourage entrepreneurship to your kids, but let them follow their true passion
Let them have big birthday parties/slumber parties
If your son plays basketball, dunk on his friends when they come over
